2025 HAN Legislative Priorities

We are demanding that the 2025 list of legislative priorities, move to the top of all lawmakers agenda.  legislation that will increase access to the ballot by the BBI community, who are most affected by Connecticut's voter suppression.  

1. Automatic Voter Registration - Everyone who has had an interaction with a Connecticut State Agency should be automatically registered to vote.  This measure would be in addition to being registered at your local DMV.  

          2.  A Voting Rights Act for Connecticut    

           3. Omnibus Bill - Automatic Voter Registration, Restoring Voting Rights to

                People on Parole.

An Act Concerning the  Counting of Incarcerated Persons for Purpose of Determining Legislative Districts.
